EVOO Chocolate Chip Cookies

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 & 1/2 cups flour 
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup Rastrello Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs (or 6 Tablespoons of egg substitute for vegan)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 cup walnuts

 

PREPARATION

  1. Preheat oven to 375ºF.
  2. Combine dry ingredients.
  3. Combine wet ingredients.
  4. Mix dry into wet until smooth.
  5. Add chocolate chips and walnuts.
  6. Roll into balls and bake on baking sheet for 8-10 minutes.
