EVOO Chocolate Chip Cookies
INGREDIENTS
- 2 & 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup Rastrello Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs (or 6 Tablespoons of egg substitute for vegan)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 1 cup walnuts
PREPARATION
- Preheat oven to 375ºF.
- Combine dry ingredients.
- Combine wet ingredients.
- Mix dry into wet until smooth.
- Add chocolate chips and walnuts.
- Roll into balls and bake on baking sheet for 8-10 minutes.
