EVOO Washed Vodka

INGREDIENTS 

  • 250 ml of your vodka of choice
  • 45 ml Rastrello Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)

PREPARATION

  1. Combine vodka and EVOO in a freezer-safe container and let sit at room temperature for 5 days to infuse. 
  2. Place the container in the freezer.
  3. Once the oil has solidified, scrape it away and discard. 

MARTINI

  • 2 oz oil-washed vodka 
  • 1/5 oz dry vermouth 
  • Dash of orange bitters
