Garlic Chili Olive Oil

INGREDIENTS 

  • 1 cup of Rastrello Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)
  • 6 garlic cloves peeled 
  • 1 & 1/2 teaspoons chili flakes (This is for mild spicy. Add more if you would like spicier.)

PREPARATION 

  1. Warm EVOO, garlic, and chili flakes if using over low heat for eight to ten minutes until garlic is lightly brown. 
  2. Remove from heat and let cool. 
  3. Strain and pour EVOOl into bottle with funnel. 
  4. Seal.
