Garlic Chili Olive Oil
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup of Rastrello Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)
- 6 garlic cloves peeled
- 1 & 1/2 teaspoons chili flakes (This is for mild spicy. Add more if you would like spicier.)
PREPARATION
- Warm EVOO, garlic, and chili flakes if using over low heat for eight to ten minutes until garlic is lightly brown.
- Remove from heat and let cool.
- Strain and pour EVOOl into bottle with funnel.
- Seal.
